TrackFunnels Launches a GA4 & Conversion Tracking Audit for B2B Teams
A new Tracking Reliability Review helps marketing teams find where attribution and conversion data breaks—and what to fix first.
We have launched a new GA4 and conversion tracking audit for B2B teams that rely on website leads, paid campaigns and CRM reporting but are no longer confident that the numbers tell the full story.
The offer is called the Tracking Reliability Review. It is designed to answer a practical question that appears repeatedly in growing marketing teams: where does our conversion and attribution data stop reflecting what actually happened?
Why we created the review
Tracking rarely breaks in one obvious place. The difficult problems usually appear in the handoffs: an advertising click reaches the website, a visitor submits a form, GA4 records an event, HubSpot or another CRM creates a lead, and the advertising platform later claims a conversion. Every system can appear operational while part of the context is lost between them.
This is how teams end up with familiar but difficult questions. Why does GA4 report a different number from HubSpot? Why are paid platforms claiming conversions that sales cannot verify? Did the UTM values survive the form submission? Is the conversion event based on a completed lead action or only a button click?
An automated checker can identify many standard GA4 configuration issues. Our review is intended for situations where the company’s actual lead journey, business definitions and connections between systems need to be understood together.

Marina Gee ★★★★★
TrackFunnels helps us restore accurate Conversion Tracking removing tracking inconsistencies between Google Ads and the website thereby ensuring that all conversions are now correctly attributed in GA4 and Google Ads. This Improved Ad Performance allowing Google Ads’ optimization algorithms to perform correctly. This directly improved campaign efficiency and reduced wasted ad spend. MG Media and our clients now have dependable tracking that correctly connects ad clicks, form submissions, and website actions, enabling better performance analysis and budget decisions. The need for manual troubleshooting of conversion discrepancies was eliminated, saving our marketing team time and improving confidence in reported results.
What the audit examines
We trace how conversion and attribution data moves between the website, Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising platforms, forms and CRM. Depending on the setup and review level, we may also examine consent behaviour, click identifiers, UTM retention, offline conversions, browser- and server-side signals, internal traffic and automation workflows.
The objective is not to force every platform to report the same number. Different tools use different attribution models, time windows and counting rules. The objective is to separate explainable differences from genuine implementation failures and identify which data can safely support each marketing decision.
“Most B2B tracking problems do not live inside one platform. They appear where the website, forms, analytics, ad platforms and CRM connect. Our job is to find the first point where the real customer journey and the recorded data diverge.” — Shadab Malik, Founder of TrackFunnels
Start with a free initial review
The free initial review starts with information that can be assessed without account access. We examine the public website and lead journey, visible tracking behaviour, forms, UTMs, consent behaviour and obvious data-quality risks. You receive a short explanation of the main findings and what should be checked or corrected next.
This option is intended for teams that want to understand whether their tracking deserves a closer look—or determine whether TrackFunnels is the right partner for the work.
Choose a deep audit when the problem is already clear
The deep review is for teams that already know reporting is unreliable and need the root cause, technical documentation and a complete implementation plan. This can include view access to GA4, GTM, HubSpot or another CRM and advertising platforms, depending on the symptoms and agreed scope.
The findings are classified by risk and prioritised so the team can see which issues affect decision-making, attribution or campaign optimisation most seriously. The recommendations can be implemented internally, given to an existing developer or delivered by TrackFunnels.
Berlin-based, built for modern B2B stacks
TrackFunnels is based in Berlin and supports B2B companies across Germany and Europe. Our work sits between marketing, analytics, CRM systems, advertising platforms and automation—because that is where complex tracking failures usually need to be resolved.
If your GA4, ad platforms and CRM do not fully agree, the first step is not another dashboard. It is finding where the data breaks.
