A cheaper freelancer can connect App A to App B. TrackFunnels looks at the full workflow: data quality, field mapping, failure points, naming, testing, maintainability, and whether Zapier is even the right tool.

We do not sell “Zap creation.” We sell reliable marketing automation architecture.

Whether you need one Zap fixed or a full automation cleanup, we start with the smallest useful step. No oversized projects. No unnecessary complexity.

Messy setups are exactly where this helps. We map what exists, identify what matters, remove what doesn’t, and rebuild only where needed.

You probably can fix parts of it yourself. The problem is usually not creating a Zap. The problem is building workflows that don’t break, duplicate data, lose fields, or become impossible to maintain later.
