1. The Service
TrackFunnels provides marketing-tracking tools, including the UTM Link Builder, GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking utilities, and a companion Chrome extension for filtering internal traffic in Google Analytics 4. Some features may be labeled beta, free, or paid at our discretion, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
4. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the campaign links, labels, and other data you create or submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with or links to third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, and branding that make up the Service are owned by TrackFunnels or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any analytics data processed or displayed through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackFunnels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
