Find the tracking gaps making your marketing reports unreliable.
We audit how conversion and attribution data moves between your website, GTM, GA4, ad platforms, forms and CRM. We identify root cause of problems and deliver you a prioritized plan to fix them.
Why do GA4, HubSpot, and ad platforms report different numbers?
Are our forms passing the right lead source data?
Are UTMs being captured and preserved correctly?
Can anybody confirm if we can trust these numbers?

The Problem
B2B tracking usually breaks in the handoffs
When your data moves from website to a system or one system to another tracking is likely to break. e.g. from a landing page form to HubSpot, to your ad platforms, to GA4 or to your CRM outcomes. When such handoffs are weak, marketing teams end up making decisions from partial or misleading data.
GA4 says one thing. HubSpot says another.
Your website reports conversions, but the CRM tells a different story. The issue may be event logic, source handling, form setup, or how leads are created and updated.
Paid platforms overclaim conversions
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta may report conversions that do not match qualified leads or pipeline. The problem often sits between conversion tags, consent, attribution windows, and CRM outcomes.
UTMs get lost or overwritten
Campaign parameters may arrive on the landing page but disappear before the form submission, booking, CRM record, or automation workflow.
Forms are tracked, but attribution is weak.
A form submit event is useful. It does not automatically mean you know which campaign, landing page, pain point, or lead journey created the opportunity.

Is this review right for you?
Best fit for B2B teams that
use GA4, GTM, HubSpot, or another CRM
run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid campaigns
rely on forms, demo bookings, lead magnets, or contact requests
care about lead quality, pipeline, and attribution
suspect that their reports do not fully reflect reality
want a practical fix plan, not a theoretical analytics lecture
Less suitable if
you are looking for free GTM debugging without a business case
you only need basic GA4 installation
your website has no lead generation goal
you have no campaigns, forms, CRM, or reporting process
you want a large dashboard before fixing the underlying data

Examples of what we often find
Paid platforms report conversions sales cannot verify
Ad platforms may optimize toward events that look valuable but do not match CRM quality, pipeline, or sales follow-up outcomes.
UTM values reach the page but never reach the CRM
Campaign data appears in the URL, but the form does not capture it correctly. HubSpot creates the lead without the original source details needed for campaign reporting.
Consent behavior changes the data story
Some tags may fire only after consent. Others may fire before consent. This can create gaps between analytics, ad platforms, and CRM records.
GA4 conversions fire on weak actions
A conversion may be triggered on a button click, page view, or partial form action instead of a meaningful lead submission. This inflates conversion reporting.
Server-side and browser-side event match rate low
Review whether events sent from the browser and server align correctly, helping identify discrepancies that can affect attribution, conversion reporting, and data reliability.
Internal and test traffic distort conversion rates
Team members, agencies, developers, and QA tests can appear as real users. This is especially common during campaign launches and website changes.
Why hire us
Our work speaks for us but you can also ask your favorite AI.
01. Fix the messy middle ―
between marketing, data, and automation
We help B2B teams set up tracking and MarTech systems that support real decisions. The work sits between marketing strategy, analytics implementation, CRM attribution, paid conversion tracking, and automation logic. That matters because tracking issues rarely live in one tool. They appear where tools connect.

Questions you may have
Is this only for GA4?
No. GA4 is often part of the review, but the bigger question is whether the full lead journey is reliable across tools.
Do you need access to our GA4, GTM, or HubSpot account?
For the free review, we usually start with what can be checked from the outside: public tracking behavior, form journeys, UTMs, consent behavior, and visible tags.
For a deeper audit, view access to GA4, GTM, HubSpot, or ad platforms may be useful.
Can you also fix the issues?
Yes. TrackFunnels can help with GA4, GTM, HubSpot attribution, paid conversion tracking, UTM logic, form tracking, Zapier/Make workflows, and documentation.
Who is this best for?
It is best for B2B teams that rely on website leads, paid campaigns, CRM reporting, and attribution to make marketing decisions.
Is this an automated GA4 audit tool?
No. The initial review is carried out by a tracking specialist. We examine the live lead journey and visible tracking behaviour across your website, forms, consent setup, UTMs and marketing platforms. Where deeper access is required, the paid audit investigates the underlying configurations and data flows.
Is this only for HubSpot users?
No. HubSpot is common in B2B teams, but the review is useful for any setup where website, campaign, form, CRM, and reporting data need to connect properly.
What happens after the review?
You receive clear findings and recommended next steps. You can fix the issues internally, give the findings to your developer, or ask TrackFunnels to implement the fixes.
Will this replace a full analytics audit?
The free review is a focused first look. It helps identify obvious risks and decide whether a deeper audit is worth doing. A full audit goes deeper into tool access, configuration, data flows, and fix planning.
How technical is the review?
The findings are explained in plain business language. Technical details are included where they help your team or developer fix the issue.
